So, What's the Purpose of the Law?

“Why are secularists so desperate to eliminate all vestiges of God and His law from public view?!” That’s not a difficult question to answer, if you understand the purpose of law! Law, when it is violated, makes the violators feel guilty. It tells them their behavior is unacceptable. But if the law is removed and a “support group for perversion” is introduced, life can take on new meaning! (Not!) Bible believers are often criticized and told it is unhealthy and wrong to make people feel guilty. It may damage self-image, discourage, and scar them for life! Friends and professionals can help them “deal with” guilt.
